Insurance

A reminder that according to the HACGS Constitution:
“It shall be the duty of each member to ensure that he is insured against any claims for damages which he may legally have to pay for an accident which causes injury to body or health or physical damage to third party property, which occurs whilst he is representing HACGS or in any HACGS match, meeting or social event, including travelling to and from such engagements. By virtue of his membership of the Society, he shall be deemed to indemnify the Society, including all members thereof, the Regimental Sports Committee and the Honourable Artillery Company itself, against all liabilities any of them may incur as a result of such accident.”

Normally those who are Members of Golf Clubs will be covered for Third Party Liability, by affiliation under the Golf England Insurance Scheme.
